Roll On Hot Stamp Machines
We design and manufacture roll on type hot stamping machines for customised projects according to the customer requirement as turnkey delivery. Especially in White goods sector for the plastic door handles, plastic display panels, and plastic drawer covers etc. According to the plastic part shape and required hot stamping area we design and produce as project base.
The infrastructure of PLC is new generation Siemens motion controlled systems. The required safety systems can be integrated. Prescribing is available on touch screen. Pneumatic components are Festo, safety equipment’s and components are PILLZ, linear systems are INA.
